We recently completed the full electrical scope for a 5,800 sq. ft. custom home in Fort Langley. This high-end residential project required detailed coordination, thoughtful design, and precise execution from start to finish.
Our team completed a full electrical rough-in and finish throughout the home, along with a fully customized lighting design tailored to the client’s vision and lifestyle. The lighting package included over 300 feet of linear LED lighting, carefully integrated to create clean architectural lines and balanced ambient, task, and accent lighting throughout the space.
The project also included:
A new 400-amp electrical service to support the home’s power demands
Installation of a 26kW Generac backup generator for full-home power security
Lutron motorized shades installed throughout the entire home for seamless lighting and privacy control
We worked closely with the builder and design team to ensure all electrical elements were cleanly integrated, code-compliant, and future-ready for smart home expansion.
